Additional Quality Examples

TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment : PAYPAL (GBP £)

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission without providing a reason.

  • I will not begin a commission until payment has been made. For commissions above £100, I will begin work once half the payment has been received.

  • You will receive work-in-progress (WIP) images of the sketch and colouring stages. Please request any changes during the sketch, lining, and colouring stages respectively. Once I move on, I will NOT make further sketch changes. I may accept them for an additional fee. Colour adjustments can be requested before I begin shading.

  • References are required unless you would like me to design the character for you.

  • If I have begun work on your piece and it is BEFORE the colouring stage, you may request a 50% refund. Once colouring has started, refunds will NOT be available under any circumstances.

  • I reserve the right to use completed artworks for merchandising unless otherwise requested.

  • If my artwork is shared elsewhere, please credit me where possible.

  • You may not sell the artwork I have created, even if the character belongs to you. You may not claim my art as your own work.

  • The use of my artwork in any form of generative AI, including but not limited to dataset inclusion, AI training, or automated image generation, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this term constitutes copyright infringement and breach of contract, and the violator agrees to be fully liable for any resulting damages and legal costs.

  • If I make a mistake on your character's design, I will correct it. This does not count as a change request.

  • If possible, please provide a picture of the pose you would like. Otherwise, a written description is acceptable. Visual examples are also helpful when explaining your ideas.

  • Please check the Trello for commission progress. If your commission has not been marked as "started", you will naturally not receive a WIP yet.

  • Payments must be made either in full upfront, or half before and half after if the total exceeds £100. No later payments will be accepted.

  • You will receive both a signed and unsigned copy of the drawing. The unsigned version will not be posted publicly by me. If the unsigned version is reposted elsewhere by someone else, I will not be held responsible.

  • By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
